Bro. Raja Ernest Reddy
Founder & President
Bro. P. Raja Ernest Reddy is an Advocate by Profession and member of London Council of International Arbitration (LCIA). He also holds a Pilots license. He received the vision of Christ on his deathbed and was healed instantly from a prolonged illness. Many God’s servants like Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran, Rev. Dr. Reinhard Bonkee and Rev. John Osteen prophesied that he would be an ambassador for Christ.
Testimony
It all began when Bro. Raja Ernest was bedridden a year before he met his wife and the doctors weren’t able to diagnose his illness. As his condition began deteriorating, he lost faith in God and threw his Bible away in frustration. Bro. Raja was advised hospitalisation but told his mother (Late Mrs. Daisy Ernest), ‘I would rather die at home.’ But later that night, unable to bear the pain, he started reading Psalms 91 from the Bible. The last verse “With long life will I satisfy him and shew him my salvation” caught his attention, and he felt that God himself was speaking to him through this verse.
But owing to his condition, he became skeptical and challenged God to reveal Himself. On that very night, the Almighty compassionate God gave him a glorious visitation. He saw God standing beside him and conversing with another man. At first, Bro. Raja mistook them for doctors and was annoyed with his mother for having called them.

The next morning he picked up a book named “How to Pray” written by Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran and saw a picture of the same person whom he had seen in his room. Realising his mistake, he cried out to the Lord asking for another visitation. God heard him and once again appeared to him at the same time, at the same place. As the family members gathered for a prayer on the following day, he was filled with the Holy Spirit. The healing process began and within a month he was back on his feet, without any medication.
Obeying the Lord’s call upon his life, Bro. Raja became an evangelist for the gentiles performing miracles and wonders in the name of Jesus. The Living and Flowing Waters Ministries was started in the year 1995. He has travelled to various countries like U.S.A, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, U.K, Singapore, Nepal, U.A.E. and Oman including India spreading the gospel.
Mrs. Ruth Ursula Ernest
The journey started in the year 1989 when Bro. Raja met Ruth Ursula Meyers, his friend’s sister. She had a spinal problem, which often resulted in losing sensation in her hands and legs as well as losing consciousness. Her condition was deteriorating with each passing day inspite of consulting with the best doctors. Doctors opined that she had a slim chance of survival beyond 9 months.
Bro. Raja took up a fast and on the 47th day, as he started praying for Ruth, she was violently thrown out of the bed and he saw a vision of the heavens opening and a ray of light coming down and destroying the evil. Ruth was completely healed within six months and rejoined university. She went on to become the captain of her college Handball, Korfball and Basketball teams. She also represented the country in Athletics and Korfball. She then completed her post graduation in Computer Science.
Bro. Raja received the prophetic word about his marriage to Ruth from four different people including Rev. Dr. Reinhard Bonkee and he married Ruth in the year 1997. Ruth Ursula Ernest worked as Project Manager in Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (Tech Mahindra) for a period of 14 years and then started the ‘Church of Living and Flowing Waters' in March 2011.
Miracle Son- Joshua
As per the doctor’s diagnosis, Ruth would not be able to conceive. However, a British spinster lady of around 90 years prophesied that Ruth would bear a son who will be like St. Peter. A year after her marriage, Ruth was blessed with a son, just as the lady prophesied. But soon after delivery, she went into a coma and was later pronounced dead. Bro. Raja cried out unto the Lord and after twelve hours she came back into consciousness. This is testament to God’s miraculous and compassionate hand.
